Purchased one of their "Mocca" Sofa Beds. Was a bit sceptical about buying such a product online at first. They were available to answer questions out of hours which was helpful. Sofa arrived as promised within a couple of days of ordering, delivered well wrapped up on a pallet. Simple enough to assemble. Very happy with the solid build quality of the frame, the fabric material and finish. Quite firm to sit on (which is what I wanted, and as they told me it was). I moving house and wanted a sofa bed i tried all these big names but didn't find what i was looking for plus there was a 3 month wait. I came across sofa bed expert by accident, i looked on their website and straight away i found what i was looking for. I had a few questions so i called them, the customer service was great and they answered all my questions and said i can get my sofa in 3 weeks. Good quality comfortable seating and cushioning for daily use, and in bed mode the best mattress found. Easy fold down, spring assisted pull out and put away. Storage is ample with two pillows, duvet and cover set all fitting in the arms with room to spare - ideal piece to keep things tidy and out of the way
